Ruffles

Remember a few days ago when I vowed to wear more red? I made good on that promise with this little vintage number I bought forever ago and have since been too shy to wear-- until now.

I love the Miu Miu vibes I get from this retro piece and I especially love that it didn't come with a $900 price tag. (Yeah, that's a thing.) The ruffles are just so fun! Because the top is so "extra," I decided to keep the rest of the outfit minimal. Simple black jeans, simple black shoes, simple black bag, and a choker. I opted for big, round sunnies to give it that mod look.

What good is life if you don't take some chances? I took a chance on this top and it worked out. (For me. You might hate it but I really don't care.)
