Bulletproof Dirty Chai Latte

Remember my Bulletproof Coffee from a few weeks ago? I've been drinking them every day as a breakfast substitute. Since I've been drinking it every day, I felt that I needed a little variety. Dirty chai soy lattes used to be my daily indulgence so I figured that I'd try to make my own version.

What you'll need:

   - 2 tbsp coffee (your choice-- ReAnimator is my new fave.)

   - 1 tbsp Loose-leaf chai 

   - Ceylon cinnamon (to taste)
   - Nutmeg (to taste)

   - 2tbsp coconut oil

   - 2tbsp heavy cream

   - Chocolate of your choice (optional, to garnish)

Begin by mixing cinnamon and chai in with the coffee grounds. I prefer to use a French Press but you can use whichever method you want. Set the coffee aside and put the coconut oil, heavy cream, a pinch of nutmeg, and cinnamon in a blender. Pour two cups of coffee over the coconut oil and heavy cream and blend until a layer of froth develops on top. Pour into your favorite mug and shave a tiny bit of dark chocolate on top.

Okay so it may not be as heathy as the original but it's tasty and still a much better choice than a sugary latte from Starbucks. Just like the original, it'll provide you with hours of energy and keep you satisfied until well after lunchtime.
