
All that you need to do is to put your subject between you (the camera) and the source of light. It'll take a bit of practice to balance your ISO and your Shutter Speed just right (generally high Shutter Speed, low ISO but there are definitely exceptions!) but the result can be breathtaking. I think that it adds a lot of drama and romance to a photograph.
