I went apple picking with my family this weekend. It's nice to have family time because, needless to say, my life has been a little on the crazy side recently. That's an understatement. Being outside and breathing in the brisk mountain air was a nice contrast sewage'y city breeze that I've grown accustomed to. Navigating the rolling hills of Pennsylvania gave me a newfound appreciation for the countryside. It's so important to slow down and force yourself to put it all in perspective. If you haven't done that in a while, I definitely suggest doing so.
xo,

I want to go apple picking so bad! The only thing is, they don't have McIntosh apples here in Missouri and they're my favorite. :( Now you just need to bake an apple pie! I'll be looking forward to the post here. ;)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Crystal! There's nowhere to go apple piking around here :(
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a great time!
